Fees

Quotations are prepared and based on an agreed detailed specification.

Project Management fees are based on:

• a fixed percentage of the construction cost and / or,
• an hourly rate

Each quotation includes the following services (where relevant):

• Design and planning consent applications 
• Contract preparation
• Procurement: building materials and supplies
• Site preparation: demolition and site excavation
• Building works: foundation, frame, brickwork, plumbing, electrical
• Fixings: kitchen, bathrooms, stairs
• Practical installations: decorating, communications, security, doors, floor coverings
• Project management: a particular stage or the entire project through to completion
• Quality inspections: initial, ongoing and upon project completion
